Mission
The mission of Imprint Etiquette is to instill in both current and future generations what has been forgotten by so many: proper manners, chivalry, confidence and respect.
Namesake
Imprint Etiquette derives its name from the psychological process of imprinting in which essential life skills are learned quickly through observation and practice. Imprint Etiquette sees proper etiquette as an essential life skill and aims to imprint this upon our patrons.
About Laurel Chung
As the president and founder of Imprint Etiquette and the 2007 Queen Miss Los Angeles Chinatown, Laurel Chung has attended well over 500 social and formal events. She has additionally emceed over 100 events, serving as a spokeswoman for both modern young women and the Asian-American community in Los Angeles. Laurel has worked with businesses, political campaigns, professional performers, professional fashion models, non-profit organizations, and private and public schools all over Southern California. She has also trained contestants participating in the 2008 and 2009 Miss Los Angeles Chinatown Pageants, as well as the 2008 Rosemead Parade Queen, Brittney Varela. Laurel currently serves as Director of LA Membership for the Asian Professional Exchange (APEX), where she previously served as the Chairs of LA Membership and Youth Outreach in 2008 and 2007, respectively. Laurel received her Bachelor degree with Dean's List status in psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
